First-released in March 1997 at the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) Decennial Convention in Chicago, this comprehensive guide covers the what, how, and why behind the Wilmington College Leadership Program. Fran taught as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Leadership at Wilmington College (Ohio) and served as the consulting director for the Wilmington Leadership Institute from 1995-1998. During this time, Wilmington College was recognized by the National Clearinghouse for Leadership Programs (NCLP) and the Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) as one of the top 16 undergraduate college leadership programs in the U.S. The program was also selected for inclusion in the Center for Creative Leadership Education: A Source Book of Courses and Programs (7th Edition).
