Fran Kick is an exciting speaker and trainer. He utilizes his energy in such a positive way to drive home points of why each employee is a vital part of our team. We hired Fran to be our keynote speaker for our annual company meeting and, WOW, we were not disappointed! Your message and delivery style are both outstanding and I know you are making a positive impact on my organization. In my almost ten years with Procter & Gamble, your seminar was one of the two best training presentations I have attended. I’ve already observed small but significant changes in both attitude and productivity in individual members.”
Nancy Beahm, Operations Manager

Fran Kick is magical in his connection to an audience! Whether they are students, or whether they are experienced working professionals, he captures their minds and hearts from the first seconds of his time with them.”

“...there was a special need to energize and focus employees in a new way. Fran's work immediately came to mind. His rapid response and thorough planning allowed him to know the company and its goals so that he fit into the meeting as though he had been part of the initiative planning from the beginning. And company members loved him and the varied and meaningful activities he directed!”

It was a pleasure as always to work with such a professional as yourself. I learn so much each time I hear your presentations. I look forward to working with you more next year and in the years to come. You are an amazing person. I am blessed to have met you. Thanks for all you do for children and adults.”
Val Anderson, IOM, Director of Operations
Center for Fine Arts Education Inc.
It was great having you ‘Kick It In’ at our annual supervisory seminar at Cedar Point! Our supervisors still talk about the large group exercise they participated in! When I ask them what the purpose was, they can still tell me it was about internal drive and ‘putting more into it to get more out of it.’ Your enthusiasm and simple phrases were easy to remember and use after classes had ended. Your workbooks helped us to re-emphasize the leadership topics in our seasonal training in July.”
Eileen Borchardt, Director of Organizational Development & Training
Cedar Point Amusement Park
“Your session was extremely well received and I know the membership appreciated your enthusiasm, not to mention your potent message. The research you conducted on our industry gave you instant credibility. It spoke volumes of your commitment to excellence and integrity.”
Richard Rejino, President
Retail Print Music Dealers Association
“We received LOTS of positive feedback regarding your program. It really set the right tone for the meeting. With over 200 participants, who only meet together once a year, your enthusiastic and engaging approach quickly brought everyone together—interacting with each other and sharing ideas. All of the ideas shared during your session have lived on in our organization thanks to your creative prioritizing methodology. Even now, three months after our annual off-site meeting, members of our leadership team are still citing the enduring ideas, examples and insight from your presentation.”
