Orders can be made via mail, fax, and online. Products purchased online with a credit card are processed in real-time. Downloadable products are available for immediate download once purchase and payment is confirmed. Products shipped to you will be fulfilled within 7–10 business days.
U.S. Payments can be made via MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Discover, Check, Purchase Order and PayPal.
International Payments can easily be made payable in U.S. funds via PayPal.

Prices: While we currently sell shippable and downloadable products to the U.S., Canada and other selected countries internationally, all prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Shipping costs are estimated as you view your cart for all shipping methods available to your location. You will have the opportunity to choose which method you prefer, view the exact costs as well as the total of your order during the checkout process before confirming your order. We ship all products within the U.S. and Internationally with tracking and confirmation information via FedEx or the USPS.
APO/FPO ADDRESSES are entered with APO or FPO in the City field, the two-letter U.S. Military Mail code (AE, AA or AP) in the State field, and United States in the Country field.
International customers will be responsible for paying any duties, customs and processing charges, or tariffs on products purchased when they arrive in their country. The recipient will be considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which product is received. Customs declarations shall indicate the full value of the order in U.S. dollars. Customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for additional information.
All Ohio purchasers, unless identified as affiliated with an organization that is exempt (i.e. school, organization, or agency name) will be charged Ohio sales tax. During check out, your cart will determine sales tax based on your ship to ZIP code.
Since we have no “sufficiently substantial physical presence” (or what’s called “nexus”) outside of Ohio, products shipped out-of-state are not charged sales tax. Schools in Ohio and their affiliated organizations are exempt from paying Ohio sales tax under Ohio Revised Code Section 5739.02 (B)(1). U.S. government agencies, state agencies, churches, nonprofit charitable, and 501(C)(3) organizations are also exempt from paying Ohio sales tax.
If you are located in Ohio and purchasing our products to re-sell them, or you qualify as non-taxable for some other reason, simply send us a completed Ohio Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. Certificates are not needed for an Ohio purchaser who is clearly identified on the invoice as affiliated with an organization that is tax-exempt (i.e. school, organization, or agency name).

If for any reason you are not completely 100% satisfied with a purchase, we want to know ASAP! Not so we can hassle you, give you excuses or ask you impudent questions. At most we might ask for your feedback, so that improvements can be made on future versions of the product. We’re proud of the products we have created and stand behind every single one of them.
If you receive a product from us which is defective, we’ll obviously replace it and ship you a new one at no additional cost. If you are unhappy with your order, return the shipped product to us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll replace it, exchange it, credit or refund your money – you pick (shipping not included or refundable). Downloadable products will be replaced or exchanged. We do not issue refunds on downloads. Credit card refunds can only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
