MISSION
Our mission is to inspire people to pay attention, respond appropriately, put more into it, so they can get more out of it, focusing on what they do want in a positive way, rather than what they don’t want in a negative way, so they will be engaged and equipped to make things happen for themselves as well as the people around them.
VISION
Bringing this mission to life is a constant process of sharing both the vision and the example every day of what it takes to nurture more self-motivation within ourselves and within our organizations—knowing the only true form of motivation is self-motivation.
